4 seasons High School football
Northwood, Concordia, Wayne State, Indiana Wesleyan, Ball State, Ohio Northern, Elmhurst, Mount Union, Olivet, Oberlin
Indiana Wesleyan, Ripon, Wisconsin Lutheran, Oberlin, Northwestern College-Iowa
Classwork before anything. I love football, but know that it will only take me so far, so I am always focused on grades and eligibility. But ON the field, I believe I have an inate ability to read an offense and identify key players quickly, shutting down the drive.
My play style is smooth. I do hit hard, but believe my strength is in my fluidity. You don’t have to hit hard every time to stop a play, you just have to hit right. I am also a very coachable player and accept criticism so that I can keep improving.
My mom manipulated me into playing freshman ball. I had absolutely NO interest, but many of my friends were playing. Now, I wouldn’t give it up. Our team is like family. We push and encourage and continue to grow. My goal for next season is All State. It may be a lofty goal, but no goal worth achieving is easy.
I would love to play college ball and train every day for that goal. I play 3 sports, so stay in shape, but hope to add weight and increase speed this year.
