I am a tenacious on-ball defender, I have great playmaking skills, and I shoot a very high percentage from 3-point range (52% last season)

I am Point Guard with scoring ability that try's to be a coach on the floor. My dad coached High School basketball and AAU. He always told me that I have to be an extension of the coach on the floor. I love playing defense and getting my team fired up on that end of the floor. This off season I have worked hard on being more explosive athletically. I am young for my class and will graduate at 17, so I feel like my ceiling for growth is high.

My high school experience has been really good. I began my high school career as a 5'3 Varsity PG at Detroit CMA HS. It was a challenge playing in the Detroit PSL as a freshman, but it made me tough. During my Sophomore season I transferred to Southfield Christian and it has been great. Last season I was a starter on the 2018 Class D State Championship team, averaging 10pts, 5 assists and 2 steals per game. I felt good about my accomplishments playing alongside four D1 level teammates. Now, 1 of them has graduated and 2 others transferred, so I am expected to be the Senior leader of this year's team. I have worked harder than ever before during the off season to make sure I am prepared to step up and lead us to another State Championship.

I am extremely interested in playing College Basketball! I have worked my entire life trying to reach that goal. Over the past three seasons I have grown physically, I'm now bigger, stronger, and more athletic (6'1 with a 38" vertical jump). I've also grown mentally having experienced the mindset it takes to win a State Championship. Attending Southfield Christian has also helped me spiritually and with maturity. I understand the importance of making the right decisions on and off the court. I want college coaches to know that I am a team player, hard worker and leader. I continuously study the game and understand the game, especially from the PG position. I also want them to know that I take my classes seriously and currently hold a 3.5 GPA.
