Football is in my blood, work ethic is part of who I am. My dad played college football and my sister currently plays collegiate softball. I am eager to learn more and put in the hard work to play with passion, strength, and intensity. I have self-awareness to know that team is more important than any individual and what I do has an effect on others! I strive to be part of something bigger than myself and prepare in the off-season and give my all in-season! My commitment, integrity, strength of character prove to be an asset to my team.

As a three-sport varsity athlete, I work to maintain above a 3.5 core GPA when I’m not eating, at practice/game, in the gym, or fitting in some video games. At 6’4” and 235, I have great feet and agility. My games are played with relentless energy, but under control. I’m smart on the field (or court) and I am willing to get to work to learn more to keep perfecting my skills. I have great football knowledge and versatility.

High school football is an iconic experience. Starting on varsity both ways my sophomore year under a new head coach was an honor and responsibility that I took seriously. My junior season, our team had more wins, but we struggled. Entering my senior year under the leadership of another new head coach, my goals are high and my motivation is on fire. We have nine games to put it out there! As I look back on the various coaches that lead our program, I learned to adapt to their different styles, plans, and philosophies. Being named as an all-state honorable mention receiver last season was an unexpected recognition that motivates me to build my skills to become a stronger and more competitive player that leads by example on and off the field.

Being the baby of the family with two older sisters bossing me around, supporting me, and making sure I always knew that I wasn’t as fabulous as our mom thought has helped me remain humble. With every loss along the way, the hard work, improving, and competition have kept me going and wanting to be better. Every stumble and sacrifice is preparing me for my next step. The chance to be a student-athlete at the next level is not only a privilege, it is an experience of sacrifice and hard work where I will learn from my coaches and teammates.
