Southfield A&T 2018 WR/CB Matt Gilbert has committed to Grand Valley State

Southfield A&T 2018 WR/CB Matt Gilbert has committed to Grand Valley State on Thursday afternoon over a handful of other Division II offers.

Gilbert, the 15th in-state commit in Grand Valley State's class of 2018 will provide the Laker with either a solid Slot receiver or a lock down type corner. The ability to return kicks is also a possibility as Gilbert is lethal with the ball in his hands.
