Clarkston sets offensive tone of first play of the game, cruises to 37-7 win over GB
Clarkston SR RB Josh Cantu took down the sideline on Clarkston's first play of the game and 2 plays scored on a 4-yard TD run. Clarkston continued to pour it on as QB Nate Uballe slipped out and found Mike Fluegel who made one man miss and then split the defense.
Clarkston forced an interception when GB was in the red zone on their first possession of the game and later had another interception.

- Player Analysis
8/23/2017: Clarkston has been stocked with elite athletes through the years and Fluegel is next in line. Fluegel broke out as a sophomore in which he had to fill-in for an injured Nolan Eriksen at RB. Fluegel has developed into one of the best CB's in Oakland County the past 2 years and does a little bit of everything right.
College interest: Air Force is the only school to offer Fluegel. An impressive senior season should open more doors as we feel Fluegel brings a lot defensively to any team.
