The D Zone takes a look at the State Finals history for the Division 5 teams, Swan Valley and West Catholic

West Catholic has the previous 4 Division 5 titles so they'll be searching for their 5th in a row which joins only Harrison and East Grand Rapids as programs who have been able to accomplish this feat. West Catholic also won the D5 title in 2010.

Swan Valley will look to pull off the upset over West Catholic and claim their first title in school history.
